Recipe by Dad with a Pan
Slice Granny Smith apple into quarter inch slices using mandolin.
Dry each slice with paper towel, then spread cream cheese on two slices.
Top one half with turkey, then top with second apple slice. Cut in half.
Serve with Libby’s® Sweet Peas Vegetable Cup and Libby’s® Diced Carrots Vegetable Cup (combined), pretzels and orange slices.
