Apricot Ginger Turmeric Smoothie

1 can (15 oz.) Libby’s® Apricot Halves (in Pear Juice) (can also use Libby’s® Sliced Peaches, Libby’s® Sliced Pears or Libby’s® Pear Halves)
1 tsp ground ginger
1⁄4 tsp turmeric
1 c plain kefir
1 kiwi (peeled and thinly sliced)
flax gingered walnuts (optional garnish)

Purée entire can (including juice) of Libby’s® Apricot Halves, along with ground ginger and turmeric.

Line inside bottom half of two glasses with kiwi slices. Fill each glass with half of fruit mixture and follow with half of kefir.

Garnish with gingered walnuts, if desired.
