Peaches & Cream Waffles with Homemade Peach Syrup

Heat waffle iron.
Whisk milk, Greek yogurt or sour cream, eggs, melted butter and vanilla in bowl (or blender).
Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and pinch of salt in large bowl.
Form a well in the center and add wet mixture to dry to form a smooth batter.
Chop Libby's® Peach Slices into small pieces to fill 1/2 to 3/4 cup and save remaining slices for topping. Add chopped peaches to batter and mix to combine.
When iron is hot, spray lightly with non-stick spray (if necessary). Fill waffle iron with enough batter to fill the cavity (this will vary by waffle iron) and cook until a golden brown crust forms.
While waffles are cooking, add reservedLibby's® Peach Slices and Libby's® Peach Slices from second can into blender. Add about 1/4 cup of reserved fruit juice to blender and blend until smooth. For thinner syrup, add additional fruit juice. Transfer syrup into small saucepan and heat on low.
Whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Serve waffles warm, topped with whipped cream and peach syrup.
