Skillet Ham and Sauerkraut

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 1 pound cooked ham, chopped

  • 3 cooking apples, peeled and sliced

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice

  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1 can (27 oz.) Libby's Jumbo-Can Crispy Sauerkraut, drained

Instructions

1. Melt butter in skillet over medium-high. Add ham and sauté until lightly browned. Add apple slices then sprinkle with brown sugar, allspice and cinnamon.

2. Add sauerkraut, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
