Description
Hearty Corn Bisque
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 tsp dried sage
- 2 cn (15 oz.) libby’s cream style corn
- 1 cn (14.5 oz.) libby’s sliced potatoes, drained
- 1 1⁄2 c low-fat milk
- 1 c chopped cooked ham (about 6 ounces)
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
Instructions
In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and sage; cook about 5 minutes or until onion is soft. Add corn, potatoes and milk; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in ham and parsley.
