    <directions>Add first seven ingredients (corn through red pepper) to large bowl. Add remaining ingredients to large shaker jar. Shake very well to blend thoroughly. Pour over rice-corn-bean mixture. Stir to mix well. Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour. </directions>
