    <directions>Use both juice and corn; crush crackers by hand; add beaten eggs & half of cheddar cheese. Stir into a pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until egg is set & cheese is gold and crusty. Be sure to put remaining cheese on top and some more crushed crackers before you bake.</directions>
