    <directions>Heat butter in saucepan. Add shallots; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Add rice, stirring to coat and glaze. Add parsley, pepper and broth. Stir and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook about 45 minutes. Heat peas in a separate saucepan; drain and mix with rice.</directions>
