    <directions>In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add beef; stir and cook until browned. Remove from skillet. Add pepper and onion to skillet; stir and cook until soft. Return beef to skillet; add green beans and teriyaki sauce. Cook until heated through. 
 
Tip: Quick-cooking brown rice takes only 10 minutes to prepare and is more nutritious than brown rice. Put the rice on to cook before you start cooking the stir-fry and they’ll both be ready at the same time.
