    <directions>Melt butter in frying pan and add shallots; sauté over medium-low heat until soft. Add tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper and green beans. Mix well and cook until heated through, approximately 2 minutes. Place mixture in service dish and top with almonds.</directions>
