    <directions>In large bowl, combine succotash, evaporated milk, cheese, eggs, onion, bell pepper, pepper and crackers. Place in 2-qt. casserole dish; sprinkle bread crumbs over mixture. Bake at 350° F for 50-60 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.</directions>
