30 Minute Beef Vegetable Soup

Cook time: 20 min.
Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add chopped onion and ground beef in pot. Heat until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, beef bouillon. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Stir in cabbage, Libby's® Mixed Vegetables Pouch and Libby's® Green Beans Pouch. Place lid on pot cook for approximately 5 minutes until cabbage is cooked through. Serve immediately and enjoy.
