Apricot and Pecan Topped Brie Appetizer

Serves 6

8 oz brie cheese
1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1⁄2 c pecan pieces

Scrape top of rind from brie with knife. Drain apricots and set juice aside.

Chop apricots and place in small sauce pan. Add spices, vanilla and pecans to pan. Heat over medium heat until warm.

Place brie on microwave safe plate. Microwave for 30-to-45 seconds.

Pour apricots over top of brie. Serve with crackers and sliced apples.
