Baked Corn Pudding

Ingredients

(15 oz.) Libby's® Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
(drained)
5
eggs
(room temperature)
1⁄3
c
butter
(melted, but not bubbling hot)
1⁄4
c
whole milk
4
tbsp
corn starch
2
tbsp
heavy cream
1
c
shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease casserole dish.
Gently combine all ingredients and pour into casserole dish.
Bake for 50-60 minutes.
