Bean and Rice Salad

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans (drained)
1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans (drained)
1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced olives (drained)
1⁄2 c pre-cooked brown rice
1⁄2 c red onion (diced)
2 tbsp minced garlic
1⁄2 c vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

Mix together kidney beans, garbanzo beans, Libby's® Cut Green Beans, olives, brown rice, red onion and garlic in large salad bowl.

Add vinaigrette dressing and stir to coat evenly. Can be served immediately or chilled first.
