Brown Sugar Peach Sauce

Serves 4

1 can (15 oz.) Libby's® Peach Slices (in Fruit Juice) (drained, with 2 tbsp juice reserved)
1⁄4 c unsalted butter
1⁄4 c light brown sugar (firmly packed)
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄4 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of salt

Melt butter and brown sugar together in small saucepan. Add 2 tbsp reserved Libby's® Peach juice and mix well. Cook over medium low heat until sugar has dissolved. It may seem like sauce won't come together, but it will. Just keep stirring.

Remove from heat and stir in salt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well to combine.

Add Libby's® Peaches and stir gently. Serve warm over ice cream, pound cake, etc.
