Corn and Mac Casserole

Serves 4 

1 box of elbow macaroni
1⁄2 c butter or margarine
8 oz. cubed velveeta

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

Mix together the entire contents of the creamed corn, whole kernel corn and uncooked macaroni. 

Slice the butter ormargarine and mix it into the corn mixture along with the cheese.

Place in a buttered casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Uncover, stir, and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.
