Country Gravy Noodles


A creamy noodle side dish made with country sausage gravy, colorful mixed vegetables and mushrooms --- great with chicken or smoked sausage. 

Serves 2

8 oz dry wide egg noodles uncooked
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1⁄2 c chopped yellow onion
1 can (15 oz.) Libby's® Country Sausage Gravy
1⁄2 c fat free milk
1 can (4 oz. drained wt) sliced mushrooms drained
1 tsp spicy brown mustard
1⁄4 tsp ground black pepper

1. Cook noodles according to package directions.

2. Meanwhile, heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 4 minutes or until tender. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in all remaining ingredients, except noodles; simmer 5 minutes or until hot.

3. Drain noodles; return to pan. Add gravy mixture; toss to combine.
