Creamed Sweet Pea Casserole

Cook time: 20-30 minutes
Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in flour to form a paste and cook for 1 minute.
Whisk in chicken broth, cooking over medium heat until sauce comes to a boil and begins to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, onion powder, salt and pepper. Fold in Libby’s® Sweet Peas.
Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with french fried onions.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
