Fruit Parfaits in a Jar


Recipe by Sandra Bourland from Diary of a Stay-at-Home Mom

Serves 4

6 oz (1 box) gelatin (any color or flavor)
4 oz (1 box) vanilla pudding
whipped topping

Prepare gelatin as directed on box. Pour into mason jars and let set in the refrigerator. When ready, remove and scoop on a thick layer of Libby’s® Fruit Cocktail. Set aside.

Prepare pudding according to speed set method; pour over fruit layer.

Top with whipped topping. Pop on lid and refrigerate until ready to serve.
