Ginger Peach and Kefir Popsicles

Serves 10

3 tbsp crystallized ginger
2 1⁄4 c vanilla kefir

In blender, puree together Libby's® Peach Slices, crystallized ginger, and ½ cup kefir. Carefully pour halfway up popsicle molds and freeze upright for about 15 minutes.

Pour remaining kefir into each mold and freeze for at least 5 hours.
