Grilled Apricot Halves with Yogurt, Honey & Pistachio

1 c plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey or agave nectar
1 tbsp pistachios (chopped)

Using nonstick stovetop grill pan, grill flat side of Libby’s® Apricot Halves on medium heat till grill marks appear. Remove from heat and let cool. 

Chop pistachios using food processor.

Layer yogurt, apricots, honey and pistachio and enjoy!
