Description
Mexican Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 cn (15 oz.) libby’s® organic black beans, drained
- 1 cn (15 oz.) chili beans, drained
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 jar (24 oz.) chunky salsa
- 2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
- 1 pk (16 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Instructions
Brown hamburger in skillet; add black beans, chili beans, salsa, and olives. Continue cooking until hamburger is completely cooked; set aside. Place 3 tortilla wraps on bottom of 9” x 13” plan. Spread a layer of refried beans and then hamburger mixture over wraps. Add cheddar cheese; repeating layers as many times as ingredients allow. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream.
