Overnight Refrigerator Pear Oatmeal 2 Ways

Description

Individual portions of sweet and delicious oatmeal make breakfast a breeze! Yields two servings of each flavor.

Serves 4

Ingredients
1 1⁄3 c rolled oats
1 1⁄3 c milk
1⁄2 c greek yogurt
dash of vanilla extract
1⁄4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp raw almonds roughly chopped
Instructions

For Vanilla Spiced Pear Oatmeal:

In a medium bowl, roughly mash 1 can pear halves with a fork. Add 2/3 cup quick oats, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla extract and cinnamon, and stir until combined. Spoon into two bowls, plastic containers or small mason jars.

For Honey Almond Pear Oatmeal:

In a medium bowl, roughly mash the other can of pear halves with a fork. Add 2/3 cup quick oats, 2/3 cup milk, honey and chopped almonds, and stir until combined. Spoon into two more bowls, plastic containers or small mason jars.

Refrigerate all four containers overnight. Serve cold or warm it up – whichever you prefer!
