Sautéed Peas with Honey and Feta

1 tbsp butter
1⁄2 lb feta cheese
1 clv minced garlic
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp honey
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1⁄4 c walnuts

For dressing: 

Combine garlic, lemon juice and honey in a small bowl and whisk. Continue to whisk while slowly adding the olive oil.
Add salt and pepper. 

For peas:

Place butter in a sauté pan and add peas. Stir until peas are coated with butter, about 2 minutes. Place peas in a bowl and salt and pepper lightly. Toss peas gently with salad dressing and then add feta, chopped herbs and walnuts.
