Skillet Ham and Sauerkraut
Melt butter in skillet. Add ham and sauté until lightly browned. Add apple slices. Combine brown sugar, allspice and cinnamon; sprinkle over ham and apple slices.
Cook 2 minutes or until apples are just tender.
Add Libby’s® Sauerkraut, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve.
