Southwest Chicken Soup

Serves 12

Ingredients
meat from one roasted chicken (cut/shredded)
2 can diced tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans
1 can (15 oz.) black beans
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans
1 onion sauteed
2 pkg ranch dressing mix
2 pkg taco seasoning mix (mild or spicy, depending on preference)
2 c water (as desired)
Instructions

Put all ingredients into slow cooker, without draining vegetables. Stir well. Cook on low for 4-6 hours; stir occasionally.

You can also prepare on stove top for a quicker meal.
