Turkey Bolognese with Peas and Carrots
In a sauté pan heat the oil and the butter.
Add the onions and celery and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the ground turkey to the onions and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the parsley, salt and pepper, stir and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the milk and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the marinara to the turkey mixture and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
Add Libby’s single serving peas and carrots and basil.
Continue cooking for 2 more minutes.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, if desired.
Serving Note: Serve your Turkey Bolognese on mini slider buns, a sandwich roll or over “little ears” pasta.
