Easy Peach Cobbler

Serves 8-12

Cook time: 30-40 min.

1 c self-rising flour
3⁄4 c half and half (can substitute milk)
3⁄4 c pure maple syrup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 c butter

Melt butter in 9x13-inch pan.

Mix together flour, pure maple syrup, and half and half.

Pour mixture into pan on top of melted butter.

In small bowl, mix Libby's® Sliced Peaches and juice with brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Spread peaches, including most of syrup, evenly around pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until crust turns golden brown.

Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
