Pear and Chai Spiced Coconut Ice Cream

1 can full fat coconut milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1⁄2 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp powdered ginger
1⁄2 tsp ground cardamom
1⁄2 tsp ground coriander
1⁄4 tsp ground cloves

Before starting your ice cream, make sure ice cream maker bowl has been frozen overnight or for at least 6 hours!

Place all of ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Turn on ice cream maker and pour blended mixture into bowl. Let ice cream churn for 30 minutes, or until it is lightened up and the mixture doubles in size.

Immediately transfer to freezer-safe container (loaf pan works well), and place plastic wrap on top of ice cream to prevent ice crystals.

Freeze for at least 4 hours, then serve.
